Somerset's Color Collection Strip is solid 3/4" thick flooring crafted from Appalachian oak, which is renowned for its incomparable beauty. INSTALLS ON OR ABOVE GRADE

Solid hardwood flooring is suitable for installation on or above grade (ground level) only. Somerset guarantees the structural stability of solid flooring for a lifetime (see details here).

Please keep in mind that Somerset manufactures flooring, not finished floors; the flooring installer must complete the finished product. Many critical decisions must be made at the installation site, and therefore are the sole responsibility of the installer and owner. In addition, we suggest you read our care and maintenance information as proper routine and preventative maintenance is important to your continued satisfaction with your floor.

It is very important to understand that INSTALLATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE of hardwood flooring, subfloor, substrate, the jobsite (including the ambient temperature and relative humidity), and all other variables that may affect the performance of wood flooring.
